It is incredibly important to service your air conditioning and heating system twice a year. This extends the life of your systems and ensures you are getting the best efficiency out of your equipment. We offer a basic one-time maintenance for $89 for ac/furnace and $119 for ac/boiler. However if you would like to save a few dollars and sign up for a plan. This is what we offer.
What is included in our typical maintenance
Cooling maintenance
We check the thermostat, ductwork, drains, refrigerant level, motor, electrical conditions, air filter. Also, we assess your air quality devices and temperature changes. Your outdoor unit will be washed off and furnace inside will be dusted.
Heating maintenance
Similar to the cooling maintenance we assess thermostat, ductwork, drains, motor, electrical conditions, air filter, temperature changes and assess the air quality devices. We additionally look at the heat exchanger, gas pressure status, burner and flue conditions, as well as flame signal strength. The furnace area will be vacuumed. If a humidifier is present that will also be maintenance.
Boiler Maintenance
We know that boilers aren't common anymore, but we are still here to assist with those needs. We will look at the water or steam levels, burner and flue conditions, motors functions, electrical connections, gas pressure status. All pipes and radiators will be assessed for leaks. If any air is found, we will bleed the air from the boiler radiators. Lastly we flush out the steam boilers.
